Property Evaluation: We will determine “fair market” value for your property and offer rental rate recommendations. Additionally, we will make recommendations regarding repairs and maintenance, enabling you to maximize your cash flow on your investment.

Marketing Your Property: After your property is “show room ready”, we put our marketing machine to work. Your property will receive maximum media exposure to ensure that we find a tenant as soon as possible. Our media resources include placement in most of the major home and rental websites (over 25 websites), full on-site signage, attractive photos, full color fliers, etc.

Tenant Screening and Placement: We handle all rental inquiries and showings for prospective tenants. We supply and evaluate all completed applications as well as obtain complete credit and rental history verifications.

Comprehensive Legal Forms: Prompt and binding documentation is essential to the security of your investment. To offer you maximum protection, our property management agreements are based on many years of experience and comply with State and Federal laws. All of our forms are regularly updated to include any new regulations, laws, and disclosures.

Rent Collection & Eviction: Our rent collection policy is fair but firm. We take quick action to protect your interest should delinquencies occur. In the event eviction is necessary, we can handle all aspects of the process. Good tenants pay promptly, and we take rent collection very seriously.

Property Maintenance and Repair: Constant supervision, regularly scheduled inspections, and maintenance combine to keep major repairs to a minimum. When maintenance or repairs are necessary, our goal is to provide prompt, quality service at a reasonable price. We handle all maintenance and are on call for emergency repairs 24 hours a day.

Communication: We are available to our clients (owners and tenants) 7 days a week, either by calling direct or by email.

Our Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied with our services, you may cancel our agreement at any time for any reason with absolutely no penalties. A 30-day notice is required if your property is occupied.
